![]() FAQDo you have a catalog that I can reference for stationery items?We currently do many more custom orders than standard catalog work, which means that we continuously order specific papers requested for our customers projects. Therefore, while we do have a catalog that shows our "standard" paper and ink colors, the majority of our work falls outside the scope of our current catalog. We would be happy to send you a customized packet of printed samples and information about our printing processes, that are suited for the type of work you are interested in, or for a specific project as they arise. Request a sample or catalog here. How soon can I get my order? Our production time varies depending on the stock availability, print process and any finishing processes that are involved in production. We generally ship standard business cards, letterhead or envelopes, offset or thermography printed, within 2-5 business days. Items that are foil stamped, embossed or engraved may take a longer time. If you have a deadline to meet, be sure to discuss this with us from the first contact and we will work with you to meet that deadline. Can I have a job shipped to multiple shipping addresses? Yes. We charge $2.00 to split and drop ship orders. When drop shipping (shipping directly to a third party), we use a blind packing slip and blank packaging, then mail the invoice to you along with samples of the job. We can also ship with your shipping account number, from any major carrier, and we can ship internationally. What if I need help with organizing a bid request, managing a re-branding, organizing workflow for a large project, or submitting a large printing proposal? We pride ourselves on our ability to be a pro-active partner with all of our distributors. We find that if help is needed in the beginning phases of a large or new account, we are often able to provide e-commerce solutions, provide competitive bidding, printed samples, and other tools it may take to be successful with the project. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have an opportunity that you may need a partner to help realize. What information do I need to provide in order to submit a quote request? Along with your basic contact information, please provide as many detailed specifications as you can, as well as a file for visual purposes. It is always best to send a visual if you have one, to ensure the print processes are suitable for the paper and design. Details to include are; item name, size, quantity, paper stock, print processes and ink colors, bleeds, any finishing (scoring, folding, perforating, shrink wrapping, etc.) and any special requirements of the job.
