Acquired & Merged
January 2025 – Beginning in March 2024, Hodgins Engraving acquired and merged with Harper Engraving with former locations based in Georgia and Ohio. The merger will allow both companies to come together and operate solely from Batavia, NY, where Hodgins Engraving is located. The merger will allow Hodgins Engraving to continue to provide unparalleled production capabilities and services to Harper Engraving customers, as well as their own standing customer base.
Through the acquisition of Harper Engraving, Hodgins Engraving can expand product offerings and capabilities, achieve greater production efficiency, and operate with cutting edge technology infrastructure to better serve all customers. Hodgins Engraving utilizes state-of-the-art online ordering and inventory management software, offers specialized design services, and has experience working with customers in a variety of industries to help them achieve their design vision.
